    We made a decision to diversify some our investment into rental property last December. It is not easy to find a REALLY good realtor. I would like to have a realtor who can 1)provide me accurate and detailed information about listing properties; 2)give me the advises on how to make the best offer; 3)respond my questions or requests promptly and proceed the final escrow quickly and smoothly. Luckily one of our friends referred Jessica Wolf to us. Jessica called, emailed and sent a letter to me immediately after my friend’s introduction. She asked me the details about the purpose, property functions and size, and interested areas of my planned purchase. She set up automatic website update and told me several website links for property search and property rental research. We told Jessica that we selected several properties in January. Her response was quick and full of details about the properties we selected and the sale history of the properties in their neighborhood. She also discussed with us about the best offering prices that could made our offers to be highly acceptable offers. She arranged open-house with listing agents. She showed us the properties and gave us advises on how much extra work and money we need to put to make these properties rentable. After viewing several properties with Jessica we made a final decision on a condo property because of its location, condo condition, sales prices and good potential rental income. Jessica knew that several buyers made similar offers and she immediately proposed a new offer term favored by the seller but without increasing our offering price. We submitted our modified offer and Jessica made a follow-up call to the seller. Our offer was accepted immediately. In the next few days, Jessica and her team arranged final inspection and finished all the paperwork. The escrow was closed in two weeks after the seller accepted our offer. On escrow day Jessica gave me the keys for our first rental property, a bottle of champagne and a portfolio binder that contains all the information for the rental property management. The condo unit is occupied by the tenant now and our dream on investing rental property became a true story. I told my story to my friends and two of them decided to make a contact with Jessica after months of frustration of searching their rental property and principal residential property with other agents. My wife and I decide to continue our investment on rental property. Of cause Jessica will be our buyer agent for our next rental property.
